The first step is to make your reservation on our calendar, by filling the form. Once you book your reservation you will receive a confirmation email/message.
When we receive your flowers, the minim lead time for us to send back your piece is 6 weeks.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping cost of your flowers to us, is not covered by us. However, we do cover the shipping cost of your pieces back to you.
It is very important to take special care of your flowers the day of the event. It is quite normal for the flowers to be moved around & used as they are supposed to be used!
However, avoid touching the flower petals and throwing the bouquet if possible.
Some bruising on flower petals is unavoidable, but to decrease the chances of them bruising, handle them gently.
The bruises will not be seen until they are layered in resin.
Keep the flower stems in water until the time of shipment and follow our shipping instructions for optimal flower condition!
Dos:
- Keep your flowers in water when they are not being used and after the event.
- Try to keep your flowers out of direct heat or in a cool dark room.
Don’ts:
- Try to avoid touching your flowers as this can result in extra oils and brusing of the flowers.
- We recommend NOT using your bridal bouquet for the bridal toss.
- When shipping us your flowers do not put plastic or a bag around your flowers as this can act as a heat chamber.
24-72 hours after the event if they are fresh flowers
Absolutely! You just need to follow shipping instructions that we will provide.
Returns are not accepted. We send you a picture of your piece in each process, hence you will be fully aware of the state of your piece.
Unless, it was damaged during shipping. The return is accepted.
